Yes, we welcome pets at Thornyfield. The owners and staff at Thornyfield are dog lovers! Please ask before you book if you would like to bring more than 1 pet.
The total number of people staying at a property must not exceed the number stated in the property description, however for infants, we might be able to cater for if you check before booking.
Electricity and heating are including in all of our 3 properties. A starter kit of logs are included in rental. There is a small charge if you would like extra logs.
Yes. There is ample parking at all 3 of our properties.
All of our properties provide bed linen and towels. We can provide cot linen for travel cot on request.
Yes. All of our properties have a dedicated EV charging points. EV charging costs apply.
Yes. All of our properties have a private hot tub.
All of our properties are non-smoking or vaping.
Charlotte will send out an arrival information email to you 2 weeks before you arrive at one of our properties, stating the key code, directions and if needed the bed set up.
Arrival and departure times can be found in the property description., it will also be stated in your booking confirmation.
We ask for the properties to be left in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
We aim to provide a high level of customer service and want all of our guests to be completely happy with their holiday. However, things can be missed and if this is the case the matter should be brought to the attention of the property owner, on the number supplied on your booking confirmation as soon as possible. Please don't leave it until your last day or leave it until you have returned home to speak to us about any problems as we are then no longer in a position to help.

Our primary concern is always the safety of our guests. If there are warnings in place around travel, we would ask guests to make sensible decisions around delaying trips to start their holiday later where required.
